Return & Refund Policy

1. All Sales Are Final for Custom Items

Custom-made items (names, numbers, custom colors, personalized designs) cannot be returned or refunded unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

2. Standard Items

Standard (non-custom) products may be eligible for:

  • Exchange

  • Store credit

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Worn items

  • Washed items

  • Items damaged by the customer

  • Sizes chosen incorrectly

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Send photos of the issue

  • We will replace the item or offer store credit

4. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of purchase.

After processing begins, cancellations are not guaranteed.

5. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued as:

  • Store credit

    or

  • Refund to original payment method (when applicable)
