  • Standard items: 3–7 business days.

  • Custom items: 5–14 business days depending on design complexity.

  • Delays may occur due to inventory, shipping carriers, or seasonal demand.

  • We ship nationwide.

  • Tracking information is provided once the order ships.

  • PureMasterPiece is not responsible for delays caused by carriers.
